Most of what you have been
told is impossible is not.

It is just that hardly anyone builds it. Below are four things I get asked for constantly, each one running live on this page. Not screenshots. Not a video. Press the buttons.

A chatbot that knows the business

This one is briefed on a plumbing company — its real prices, its hours, its warranty. Ask it something a customer would ask at 11pm.

Denver Drain & Pipe, 24 hours. What is going on at your place?

Every one of those answers is a fact the owner gave me. It cannot invent a price, because it was never allowed to guess one.

An agent that works the lead

A chatbot talks. An agent does. Press run and watch one handle a lead that just landed at 2:14am.

1
Lead arrivesForm submitted, 2:14am. Kitchen remodel, 80211, wants a call.
2
Qualified against your rulesIn service area. Job type you take. Budget band checked against your minimum.
3
EnrichedProperty type pulled, past contact history checked, duplicate ruled out.
4
RoutedAssigned to the rep who covers that ZIP. Text sent to their phone.
5
AcknowledgedReply drafted and sent in your voice so the lead is not sitting cold until 9am.
6
Logged and flaggedWritten to your sheet. Follow-up scheduled. Nothing waiting on anyone remembering.

Step five is where most businesses lose the job. Speed of reply is the single least glamorous, highest-return fix in lead generation.

A website that quotes the job

Built for a bath remodeler. The visitor sees a real range while they are still interested, and the full breakdown lands in the owner’s inbox.

Bathroom size
What goes in
Accessibility extras
$4,200 - $5,376
SizeSmall / powder room
ConfigurationTub-to-shower conversion
ExtrasNone for now

Illustrative figures for a demonstration — a real one runs on your own cost book.

The point is not the calculator. It is that the visitor got an answer at the exact moment they wanted one, instead of filling in a form and waiting two days to find out you were too expensive.

Automation coded in, not bolted on

Most businesses pay four monthly subscriptions to do what a few hundred lines in the page already does.

✓
Photos compressed on the phoneBefore upload, not after. A customer on two bars can still send you eight pictures of their bathroom.
✓
Forms that route themselvesService type and ZIP decide who gets it. No inbox rules, no Zapier bill.
✓
Estimates that print to PDFCustomer keeps a copy, you keep a copy, nobody opens a design tool.
✓
Spam stopped at the doorHoneypot, time trap and an interaction gate, so headless bots fail silently and real people never see a captcha.
✓
Accessibility controls built inText size, contrast, reduced motion, read-aloud. Fewer lawsuits, more customers over sixty.

Every one of those is running somewhere in my own portfolio right now. None of them is a plugin.

The full list

What actually gets built

Hand-coded HTML, CSS and JavaScript by default — and WordPress, Shopify, Wix or Webflow when that is genuinely the right call for your team.

Custom website design

A site built around what you sell and who buys it, not around a template that was designed for a yoga studio in 2019.

  • →Written by hand, so nothing loads that is not needed
  • →Schema-first, so machines read it the same way people do
  • →Conversion path designed before a single pixel
  • →From $99/month on a lease, or buy it outright

AI chatbots and AI agents

A bot trained on your brand and your scripts, and agents that take action rather than just talk.

  • →Briefed on your services, pricing rules and objections
  • →Qualifies and routes without waking anyone up
  • →Never invents a fact it was not given
  • →Hands off to a human the moment it should

Web apps and tools

Quoting engines, calculators, dashboards, estimators, configurators. The things that make people stay and come back.

  • →Runs in the browser, no app store, no install
  • →Works on a phone in a customer’s bathroom
  • →Becomes the reason they pick you over the other quote

Search across all five surfaces

Classic search, the map pack, AI Overviews, generative engines and the agents that shortlist for a buyer.

  • →Technical foundation before content
  • →Entity and schema work so AI can quote you accurately
  • →Content shaped like the questions people ask out loud

Conversion optimization

The whole path from first screen to answered phone. The detail is here.

  • →Offer and proof rewritten, not restyled
  • →Friction removed from every step
  • →Lead response speed fixed, because minutes matter

3D, VR and the strange stuff

Walk-in 3D worlds, browser games, interactive experiences. I built a global VR shopping mall from nothing. Go see it.

  • →Runs in a browser, works on a headset
  • →No downloads, no accounts, no friction
  • →The thing your competitor cannot copy this quarter

Short answer: I hand-build custom websites, web apps, AI chatbots, AI agents and marketing automation, and I optimize them to be found in search and cited by AI. Based in Denver, Colorado, working across all 50 states and internationally. Call 1-800-481-8638.

Straight answers

The questions I get asked

Yes. Not a generic widget with a canned script - a chatbot briefed on your services, your pricing rules, your objection answers and your tone, so it sounds like your best salesperson instead of a help desk. It qualifies the visitor, answers real questions and hands you a warm lead with context attached.

A chatbot talks. An agent does. A chatbot answers a visitor's question about your pricing; an agent takes the lead that came from that conversation, scores it, routes it to the right person, drafts the follow-up and updates your sheet. Anything high-impact keeps a human approving it on purpose.

Yes, and I have built several. The visitor answers a handful of questions, the page does the arithmetic your estimator would do, and they see a real number or range on the spot while they are still interested. You receive the full breakdown along with their contact details. There is a working one on the home page you can try right now.

Your call entirely. Hand-coding is what I specialize in and what I will recommend when the goal is speed, search and doing something nobody else in your industry has. But if you already run WordPress, Wix, Shopify or Webflow and your team knows it, I will happily build and optimize inside it rather than force a migration you did not ask for. The platform matters far less than whether the thing is built to convert.

Web apps, tools, dashboards, calculators and games, yes - all built and running in production. For native iOS and Android store apps I bring in a development partner rather than pretend I do it in-house, and I will tell you that before you pay me rather than after.

Custom sites start at $99 per month as a lease with a buyout option at 24 to 36 months based on the site's valuation at that point, or you can buy outright. Tools, chatbots, agents and optimization work get quoted to the scope. Nothing here is sold off a fixed menu because no two businesses need the same stack.
